Ms. Rika Fukuda and Ms. Motoko Koizumi, pianists and representatives of the World Piano Teachers Association Japan – WPTA Japan and Ms. Etsuko Tsunozaki, representative of the Association for the promotion of music exchange between Japan and Serbia met with Ambassador Aleksandra Kovač at the Embassy to share suggestions and ideas for strengthening the cooperation in the field of culture.

 

 The emphasis was marking the 140 years of friendly ties between Serbia and Japan in 2022, and they mutually agreed it is an excellent opportunity for different initiatives to promote music and artists

from Serbia in Japan. WPTA Japan has shown interest to include Embassy in its new activities and therefore make the presence of Serbian composers, their work and Serbia itself more visible.
