IMPORTANT NOTICE
In accordance with the Government of the Republic of Serbia decision adopted on 30 October 2014 holders of foreign passports holding
- valid Schengen, UK and other EU Member States' visa
- visa of the United States of America
- residence permit in the countries of the Schengen area, EU or the United States of America
may enter, transit or stay in the Republic of Serbia without visa up to 90 days during a six-month period, not exceeding the expiring date of the said visas or residence permits.
Holders of a residence permit in the form of a separate card (not a sticker affixed to their passport) must present their valid passport upon entering the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

- For holders of passports of Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of Palau
At its meeting of 18 January 2019, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on abolishing visa requirements for holders of passports (all categories) of Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of Palau, which was published in the "Official Gazette of RS", No. 3/2019 of 18 January, 2019 and which will enter into force on 25 January 2019.
By this decision, the above-mentioned categories of foreign nationals may, without prior visa application, enter, transit or stay in the Republic of Serbia up to 90 days from the day of entry into Serbia within period of 180 days, providing there are no obstacles described at Article 15. of Law on foreigners.
