Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on mutual visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports |
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on mutual visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports, signed in Riga, on 5 November 2016, will take effect on 15 January 2017.
Based on this Agreement, nationals of the Republic of Serbia and of the People's Republic of China who are holders of ordinary passaports, will have the right to enter into, transit through and stay on the territory of the other Party without visa in the period not exceeding 30 days starting from 15 January 2017. |

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Georgia for holders of diplomatic/official passports
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Georgia on visa free travel for diplomatic and official passport holders signed in Tbilisi on 2 June 2015 entered into force on 13 February 2016.
Holders of diplomatic or official passports of the Republic of Serbia and Georgia can now enter, transit or stay at the territory of the other Party without a visa for a maxiumum period of 90 (ninety) days within 6 (six) months from the first day of the first entry. |

VISA FREE REGIME FOR HOLDERS OF MOLDOVA PASSPORTS |
As of 6 August 2015 holders of valid biometrical Moldova passports can enter, transit or stay without visa in the Republic of Serbia within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days during 6 (six) months from the date of entry.

VISA FREE REGIME FOR HOLDERS OF QATAR, KUWAIT, OMAN AND BAHREIN PASSPORTS |
Starting from 30 June 2015 holders of Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain passports can enter, transit or stay at the territory of Serbia without a visa for a maxiumum period of 90 (ninety) days within 6 (six) months from the first day of the first entry.
