Visas Abolished for Holders of Ordinary Passports of the Republic of Armenia

At its meeting of 24. October 2019, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Armenia, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.76/2019 of 25. October, 2019, and enters into force on 2 November, 2019. Under the Decision, the nationals of Republic of Armenia, holders of ordinary passports, can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of entry, in period of one hundred and eighty (180) days, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 15 of the Law on Foreigners.

Visas Abolished for Holders of All Passports of the Republic of Burundi

At its meeting of 24 May 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Burundi, holders of all passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.39/2018 of 25 May, 2018, and entered into force of 2 Jun, 2018. In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of Burundi can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.

Visas Abolished for Holders of Ordinary Passports of the Republic of Azerbaijan

At its meeting of 24 May 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Azerbaijan, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.39/2018 of 25 May, 2018, and entered into force of 2 Jun, 2018. Under the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of Azerbaijan, holders of ordinary passports, can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 90 days in period of 180 days, from the date of entry, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.

Decision of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of all passports

Тhe Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of all passports for entry and stay in the territory of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for a period not exceeding 30 days within a period of one year.  The Decision came into force on 21 February 2018.

Visas Abolished for holders of ordinary passports of Georgia

At the meeting on 8 Mart 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Georgia, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.18/2018 of 8 March, 2018, and entered into force of 9 March, 2018. In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of Georgia can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.

Visas Abolished for Citizens of Four Countries of the Caribbean Region and Two Countries of the Latin American Region

At the meeting on 28 January 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for holders of all types of passports of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Saint Vincent and Grenadines, Republic of Paraguay and Republic of Colombia. In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of these countries can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of first entry, within a period of one year, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.
 

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala on the аbolition of visas for holders of diplomatic and Official passports, entered into force

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Guatemala on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passaports, signed in Belgrade, on 10 November 2016, came into force on 17 January 2018.

Based on this Agreement, nationals of both States, who are holders of diplomatic and official passaports, will have the right to enter into, transit through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of entry.


Visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Suriname, holders of all passports 

At the meeting on 28 December, 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Suriname, holders of all passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.119/2017 of December 29, 2017, and entered into force of January 5, 2018 In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of Suriname can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.


Visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Guinea Bissau, holders of all passports

At the meeting on 8 December 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for entry in the Republic of Serbia for the nationals of the Republic of the Guinea Bissau, holders of all passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 111/2017 of 11 December 2017 and entered into force on 19 December 2017. In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of the Guinea Bissau can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.

 

Decision of the Islamic Republic of Iran on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of ordinary passports 

Тhe Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of ordinary passports for entry and stay in the territory of  the Islamic Republic of Iran without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days within period of one year. The Decision entered into force on 1 November 2017.

 

Visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Indonesia, holders of ordinary passports

At its meeting on 6 October 2017 the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Indonesia, holders of ordinary passports.

The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 090/2017 of 6 October 2017 and entered into force on 14 October 2017. In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of Indonesia can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.

 

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Indonesia on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of  the Republic of Indonesia on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passaports, signed in Jakarta on 27 April 2016 will take effect on 2 September 2017.

Based on this Agreement, nationals of both States, holders of diplomatic and official passaports, will have the right to enter into, transit  through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry.


Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Royal Thai Government on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Royal Thai Government on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passaports, signed in Belgrade on 4 December 2015 will take effect on 8 September 2017.

Based on this Agreement, nationals of both States, holders of diplomatic and official passaports, will have the right to enter into, transit  through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of entry.


Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of India, holding ordinary passports

At its meeting on 22 August 2017 the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of India, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 79/2017 of 25 August 2017 and entered into force on 2 September 2017.

In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of India can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.


Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holders of ordinary passports

At its meeting on 22 August 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 79/2017 on 25 August 2017 and entered into force on 2 September 2017.

In accordance with the Decision, the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, provided there is no hindrance as stipulated by the Law on Foreigners, Article 11.
